Exchange or Return of Goods
At Nextopoint, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we do not offer exchanges or returns for products that do not come with an official warranty or guarantee. To ensure you receive the correct and undamaged items, we strongly recommend that you inspect your order in the presence of the delivery person.
Important Guidelines:
- Check Your Order Upon Delivery: Please carefully inspect the items in your order when they are delivered. If you notice any incorrect or damaged products, you have the right to return them to the delivery person immediately.
- No Exchanges or Returns: Once the delivery is accepted, we cannot process any exchanges or returns unless the product comes with an official warranty or guarantee.
